The objective of the Employee Recognition Program is to enhance the pride and morale of employees by formally recognizing their contributions to the efficient operation of the institution.

| Outstanding Adjunct Faculty | This award acknowledges outstanding service of any employee who has consistently excelled in his/her work. |
| Outstanding Administrative Faculty | This award acknowledges outstanding service of an administrative faculty member who has consistently excelled in his/her work. |
| Outstanding Faculty | This award acknowledges outstanding service of a full-time faculty member who has consistently excelled in his/her work. |
| Outstanding Full-time Staff | This award acknowledges outstanding service of a full-time staff member who has consistently excelled in his/her work. |
