Bookstore Charge dates
Summer 2025 (2nd 5 weeks) - You can use your excess available financial aid funds in the CVCC Bookstore from Tuesday, June 10 through Wednesday, July 2.
Fall 2025 - Available dates will be Monday, August 11 through Friday, September 19.
Payment Due date
Priority tuition deadline for the fall 2025 semester is Friday, July 25, 2025. Tuition for enrollments after this date is due at the time of registration.
FAFSA Deadline
The Financial Aid Office does not have a deadline for FAFSA submission, but we do encourage students to submit as early as possible. There is a limited amount of state and Foundation funding available, and it is awarded on a first come, first served basis.
